Now, more than 30 years on, Heal Farm is a thriving family business at the forefront of the movement to use traditional farming methods in the rearing of rare breeds. The farm's activities have now diversified to include rare breeds of lamb and beef as well as stocking non-meat products including locally reared smoked fish and wonderful traditional cheeses.
A hilly ramble of four miles over farmland and crossing many streams so its not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Take in the stunning views over the Mole Valley en-route.
A joy to visit at any time of year! In spring you can see the glorious daffodils lining the front drive with bluebells and primroses in abundance. The Woodland Gardens can be found amongst the camelias and rhododendrons with woodland paths taking you deeper into the woods. You can spend the whole day here and take Rover, its dog friendly!
