A fairly strenuous walk along the coastal path with an option of a low tide meander along Downderry beach. iwalkcornwall give further details about this walk on their website and also lots of others.

Downderry is a coastal village with a shingle and sand beach, great for rock pooling and with a small slip road for boat launching. The village centre is a short stroll away with shops, a cafe and limited parking.
A friendly pub located in the centre of the pretty village of St Germans. Food is locally sourced and a sun-trap garden is the perfect place for al fresco dining in summer.
Around the Rame Peninsula from Plymouth is the cleanest bay of water you can find, bordered by a Site of Special Scientific Interest and many a view-filled walk to busy yourself with. The village itself is a collection of converted pilchard cellars dating back from pilchard-selling days, giving an insight into olde worlde Cornwall living.
This walk in Cornwall Life follows creeks and riversides along footpaths, tracks and quiet lanes. There's several points of interest including the railway viaduct and 15th century cross at Trehan. Take a look at the website for further details.
Here you'll find a local nature reserve of 53 hectares where you can spot wildlife including kingfishers, otters and dormice. A circular walk of around 2 miles will take you through the park, along the river side and along Seaton beach. Parking is available and an outside gym, play area and sensory garden.
