Why not take a walk up this iconic, legendary Tor? Well worth the effort, you will have spectacular views across 3 counties. Dogs must be on a lead and there are no public conveniences.

Built in the 14th century, this fish house is believed to be the only one surviving in England. It was originally built to serve the needs of the monastic fishery.
This barn was restored to its former glory over an 11 year period - great care was taken to restore its original features. With oak beams and lime concrete floors this building is now used for many events.
This major wetland nature reserve is a haven for wildlife including wintering wildfowl, wading birds and at least 64 species of breeding birds. You may be lucky enough to see the thriving populations of water vole and otter.
A facinating place to visit with fourteenth century Abbey Barn plus farm buildings and courtyard. There are displays and tools used in local activities including peat digging, cider making and the ever popular mud horse fishing! A tea room and museum shop are also on site.
For over two thousand years people have come here to drink the waters and find solace, peace and inspiration.
