Medieval water mill set deep in a wooded valley. There is a small mill museum, craft shop and very popular cafe famed for its light lunches and delicious home-made pastries and cakes. The water wheel (cast by Harris & Polmear of the City Foundry, Truro in 1882) is working and you can sit and watch the ducks and other wildlife around the picnic tables under the trees.
There's a fantastic assortment of stalls here selling anything from fresh local veg, meat and fish to sweets, shoes and specs (and the list goes on, and on, and on.....)
If the weathers not great here's a great place to keep the kids happy. With climbing wall, ball cannons, astro slide, laser tag and tiny tots area there's something for everyone. Check out their Web site for opening hours.
