Located in the heart of Ashford, this museum can be found in a 17th century Grade II listed building and tells the story of Ashford's history. Check their website for opening times as the museum closes during winter months.
Here you'll find mile upon mile of trails for cycling, walking and running. Go Ape have a tree top adventure area here and there's a cafe and visitor centre too.

Cowden is a pretty village situated north west of Tonbridge. The is a local pub called the Fountain Inn which can be found on the high street amongst Grade II listed cottages.
Known locally as the captial of the Weald, Cranbrook is a charming town with medieval streets and alleys, with some buildings dating back to the 15th century. Now a bustling market town, you will find an eclectic assortment of independent shops here, plus the famous Sissinghurst Castle is just two miles away.
Open from April until October, Cranbrook Museum gives insight into life in the area in bygone times.
