At the far eastern end of Thurlestone Sands, South Milton Sands has a manned National Trust car park, good toilets and a splendid cafe. The wide sands attract families and water sports enthusiasts, with favourable conditions for surfing, windsurfing and canoeing.

Great little beach nearby

Something for everyone at this beach. Swimming (without wetsuit!), kayaks, kites, soft sand, nearby facilities.
